Cancellations will be treated according to the consumer defence law since 1981.
Hereby is our cancellation, return and refund policy as long as it is not contradicting the law:
Order Cancellation Policy (Cancellation Fee)
When requesting to cancel an order:
Up to 7 days from your ordering date – no cancellation fee will be charged.
After 7 days from your ordering date – you will be charged 15% from the total price of your order.
After the items have arrived at the store and are ready for delivery – you will be charged 25%
from the total price of your order.
eBooks Refund And Returns Policy
We are not able to accept returns for eBooks purchase.
This is a condition of our agreement with eBook publishers.
Though, if there is an error on our part, or a flaw in the ebook you received,
please contact us and advise our customer service to sort it out.
Printed Books Refund And Returns Policy
When you have purchased a book from our in-stock collection, within 5 days from delivery you may return the item.
You can replace the item or receive a full refund (for details, please see below).
When you have purchased an item that was ordered especially for you,
within 5 days from delivery you may return the item.
You can replace the item or receive a refund, but we will deduct the international delivery costs from the refunded sum
(unless the return is a result of our own error, in which case we will refund the entire sum).
To receive a refund or replacement, please return the item unopened,
in its original product packaging, in perfect condition, unused, and resalable.
Probook reserves the right to refuse refund / replacement under special or unusual circumstances
(for example, the item has been damaged/is not in its original packaging,
or it was ordered from a non-commercial publisher, in which case it may not be returned).
